Made some changes to the template today.

UPDATE 7-16-07:
This is the template I originally wanted.

I still cannot figure out how to get the text of posts to move a bit to the right. I’ll come back to it later.

I also couldn’t get the header I wanted to work right, so I left it off.

I went with a different template since I couldn’t get the other one to look like I wanted.

I’d like to change the title on the top of the blog from MY BLOG to the name of the blog – but it’s an image that’s part of the template. I’ll see if I can tweak the image. If not, I’ll just stay with this until I find something I like better.

  1. I like the new layout. This is one I almost went with at one time! Your “Overheard conversations” are interesting – where do you hear them?

  2. Thanks, Ann! I’m thinking of changing it again. It’s not my favorite template. I want to get the other one to work – maybe soon I’ll have it tweaked enough to use it.

I overhear conversations everywhere – in grocery store lines, at work, when I’m out & about. I’m usually in line somewhere – at the bank, at the movie theater, at the mall, etc.

  3. I really like the new layout! It is pretty. Your overheard conversations are hilarious! I always laugh out loud when I read them. hee hee

  4. Okay, I like this layout, too. I am definitely going to keep my ears open more often! I tend to focus only on the goal in front of me – never noticing anything that goes on around me. Times change once the kids are grown and you no longer have to keep your eyes and ears open for them!
