What do I do to relax?

sleep
take a really hot shower
stretch
read a book
listen to an audio book
listen to favorite songs
call/email a good friend

What would I like to do to relax?

an hour long massage
attend a yoga class
go running (if I could actually do this without feeling that I was dying.. which would cause MORE stress)
go on vacation
lie on a beach soaking up the sun
spend quality time with a wonderful (single) man

  1. Have you ever taken yoga? I keep thinking I may get a DVD and do it, since I don’t like going down to the actual classes at a certain time.

  2. I haven’t ever gone to a yoga class, although I think I’d like to. I should find a DVD, too. That’s a good idea! šŸ™‚

  3. I LOVE yoga! The stretches are great and help ease my back tension which I seem to have constantly..

    DVDs are good.. Yoga and pilates together is even better!
