Dad decided to not go fishing. After taking Mom to the airport tomorrow morning, he’s going to go visit my youngest sister & her family & see the new baby. They live about 4 hours away… well, between 3 1/2 & 4 hours. He’ll be back on Tuesday.

Have I mentioned today

how happy I am that my children will be going to church camp tomorrow? Each argument they have reminds me again. All 3 kids have argued & picked at each other constantly since they woke up this morning. It’s been one thing after another all day long. I wonder if they know how happy I’ll be when the bus pulls out in the morning? Probably not. I’ll try to hide my glee as they board the bus. 🙂

We went to Target to pick up a few last minute things for their week this afternoon and the girls argued about who was standing where in the check-out line. Can you imagine? They’re 9 & 11 yrs old (way too old to be acting so silly about something so trivial, I think)! I just kept reminding myself that tomorrow morning the bus would be pulling out of the parking lot. The cashier thought I was funny.. smiling dreamily as the girls argued. I told her, “Tomorrow, they’re off for a week at church camp!” She got a good laugh.

Everything is packed.. all that’s left to do is re-roll the sleeping bags & put the stuff in the trunk tonight.

Less than 11 hours to go! YIPPEE!!!

I got the saliva test kit today

and it says that I have to “collect” the saliva during days 19-22 of my cycle. As luck would have it, tomorrow is day 19. I know, I know.. that’s WAAAYYYYY too much information. Sorry.

There’s just one tube.. about the size of one of the large tubes for blood tests… it has to be 3/4 full. Five tests will be done… estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol.

When mom did her test like this last year, it took 2-3 weeks for the results to come back.
