As I read them, I’ll change the color of the words to blue. If I already own the book, I’ll change it to pink.

Was Blubber, by Judy Blume a banned book??? I read it when I was young, and I can’t really remember it, but…

Lord of the Flies and to Kill a Mockingbird were reading assignments in High School.. I’m interested in why they are/were considered controversial!?
It might not have actually been banned.. but it was challenged if it’s on the list. I’ll do some research & see what I can find. 🙂

…slaughterhouse-five is hilarious! i recommend reading it soon! i remember at one point falling off the couch, laughing to the point of crying, and as i tried to explain what was so funny, i laughed even harder, unable to talk :))
